Craig Monaghan

Founder.
(Board Member)

Craig served 8 years in The British Army before subsequently being medically discharged following being wounded on operations in Afghanistan. Following his medical discharge Craig, now disabled and struggling with the trauma of operations took his new life path by the horns using sport as a recovery tool, Craig went on to compete via the Invictus programme for Team UK in athletics, cycling, shooting and triathlon as well as representing England in Rugby Union. It was after seeing the power of sport and helping others Craig founded 'The Spearhead Foundation' initially beginning as a what's app group chat it grew quickly and became a lifesaver for many service personnel who had fought in Afghanistan, Iraq and other conflicts.

Jason New

Automotive Director & Motorsport Founder.

Jason is a competitive motorsport enthusiast with drifting, rally event and track racing experience under his belt and was a teammate of Craig during his rugby union playing days. First applying his sporting trade in Cheshire, leading to a period in London before returning to Cheshire to play. Alongside his sporting background Jason has 8 years experience working within the construction industry in design, project management, marketing and business development on projects across the UK. Jason's role as Automotive Director will see him bring our racing team alive, it'll see us produce monthly automotive activities and annual rallies across Europe.

Mike Bonno

Centre Manager & Veteran Liaison.

Mike served in the US Army for 8 years completing two tours of Iraq and one of Afghanistan before being medically discharged. Since leaving the military Mike has helped the veteran community engage with local events whilst working as a arms dealer before joining The Spearhead Foundation to operate the day to day running of the centre and engaging with our service users and events.
